I’m hanging out at the federal courthouse’s law library right now here in Chattanooga, waiting patiently on the public access computers until twelves so I can go have lunch with my mother. What is interesting is that A) I’m not allowed to have a cell phone in this building and B) I’m seriously considering that the U.S. Marshalls might be here at any moment to “escort” me from the premises and forever ban me from entering another U.S. Federal courthouse. Unless of course, I’m on trial for something. What that might be, you never know.
And oh, how things have gone well. The interview I had went exceptionally well if I do say so myself, even though I had one of those moments where I could have seriously freaked out. One of the ladies interviewing me read my blog. She googled me. It was well, a little awkward to say the least, but I made it through that part with flying colors.
I know, I’m not egotistical at all, right? Hey, she asked me. I’m just reporting here.
Anyhow, after lunch I’m going to drive back to Auburn, where I will proceed forthwith to my room with 4 loads worth of clean laundry and then will call the Opelika-Auburn news and politely ask them when I can get paid.
Other than that, not much going on. Just bored really. Maybe I could go to the basement and taunt the prisoners waiting on hearings. That would be fun.
